We have developed a toolkit consisting of 29 document templates in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Croatian, which are intended for implementation of BS 25999 standard and are fully acceptable for certification audit. The documents have been developed by an expert team with ample experience in BS 25999-2 implementation, headed by Dejan Kosutic.

The documents are specifically intended for small and medium-sized organizations and are written to suit any organization's needs with minor adjustments (e.g. by filling in the organization's name, responsibilities, etc.) Each document contains comments specifying where additional or organization-specific details must be supplied and what may be omitted, what is expressly required by the standard, etc. See here an example of the first two pages of a document contained in the package:

For the most efficient implementation of the necessary documentation we recommend our E-learning tutorials and Implementation Guidance & Documentation Review service, which are fully compatible with the BS 25999 Documentation Toolkit. The use of these services is not mandatory, and the Toolkit may be purchased and used independently.

The documents are in MS Word 97 -2003 and MS Excel 97 - 2003 format, and can be purchased & downloaded in a package or individually.

Note: because the BS 25999-2 standard does not provide details on how risk assessment and risk treatment are conducted, the documentation for risk assessment and risk treatment is not included in this package.  If you would also like to purchase this documentation, please see the ISO 27001 & BS 25999 Premium Documentation Toolkit which contains all the necessary documents for BS 25999-2, as well as for risk assessment and risk treatment according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
